yourHealth: yourRecords
Pros: UNiVAL nurses organize medical records and convert
them into a digital format for importing into Google Health or Microsoft
HealthVault.
Cons: yourRecords has 2 packages: the first, for $14.95,
includes a one year subscription and any records sent during that year will
be uploaded to yourHealth account; the second, at $44.95, includes data
conversion for Google Health as well as storage from package one. Similar
packages are available for Microsoft HealthVault. Pricing for yourMobile
includes setup and first year of service for $19.95. Additional years are
available for $9.95/year. YourReview has pricing for a second opinion, $24.95;
FMLA claim, $29.95; appeal $39.95; medical necessity opinion $24.95; medical
records organization, $19.95. Other requirements may be available and individual
quotes will be formulated when a user’s order is placed.
The Bottomline: If a user is opting for a service that
will organize and store files, he might want to consider a full service
provider who will obtain, organize, and scan records. This PHR does half
the job for relatively high fees.

Summary:
UNIVAL provides
a personal health record service with yourRecords. This is a service that
collates and stores medical records, with the option of choosing to have
them prepared for Google Health upload.

Features:
____________________________________________________________
yourRecords
A user must sign up with either Google Health or Microsoft HealthVault,
as this is where the digital files will be stored. The user must then share
(give permission to) the profile with UNIVAL. Once shared, a user will receive
a fax cover sheet and medical release form from the confirmation email sent
from UNIVAL.
It is up to you to contact your healthcare providers to obtain your medical
records. Please note that many providers charge per page to copy records
for patients. This is not covered by yourHealth. This information is then
the user’s responsibility to fax the content to UNIVAL. If the user does
not own a fax, there will be another expense for faxing.
The option to have the company obtain records from the user’s primary care
physician and upload them is offered for a subscription price of $84.90.
yourMobile
As noted above, an additional setup and annual fee provides a user with
access to their account via mobile device.
yourReview
These services include second opinions, appeals, FMLA claim assistance and
more for the pricing noted above.
