YourHealthRecord
Pros: Free online PHR available for anyone to use. Users
are given the option of using the menus to prompt information input or may
go through an interactive process to create their own record.
Cons: It seems odd that the only required information is
date of birth, gender, and time zone. Name, photo, address, and all contact
information except email used for login is optional. The interface has improved,
but is still tedious. Other than VeriSign, there is no security information
or FAQ.
The Bottomline: A free, but cumbersome personal health
record for online storage of medical information.

____________________________________________________________
Health Records
Users may enter information through a variety of menu features.

Each item contains an entry form with prompts for each piece of information.
Suggestions are made during entering, which may be helpful in some circumstances.
Your Diagnosis
This tool began by asking about geographic location and travel out of the
country. After height and weight were entered, the screen went blank and
offered no further information or instructions. Attempted use in multiple
browsers with no success.
Creating Your Own Health Record
If you choose to bypass the menus and create your own health record, the
same process as “Your Diagnosis” begins. It goes on to ask further classification
questions.
