Patient Power

Pros: Patient Power has four plans, or levels for personal health record management. Level One, the basic personal health record management tool, is free. The higher level plans allow users to access more complex tools for more thorough information gathering.

Cons: Additional services beyond the basic have fees starting at $25 attached. It is unclear as to whether some fees are one-time or annual.

The Bottomline: The Level One interface is very easy to use and is free of charge. The additional options are all at varied costs and the features can be found at other online PHRs for free.
