Cons: Users who are not net savvy may find the interface intimidating and difficult to use. vitalEsafe membership can be expensive. The first 100MB are free, but beyond that there are monthly fees from $0.95-$29.95, dependent on the size of the safe account. Additional fees are also generated for Keys for Sharing.

Registration and Security
Users must create an account with vitalesafe.com before entering medical records. Click the “Sign Up” button, select Personal or Business Account, provide basic personal details, email address and a password to open an account. Users are provided with Master Key for entering and sharing data.

Health Information Organizer
MyMedsafe provides users with medical information forms for organizing medical data prior to saving it in the vitalSafe account. There is also a PDF printable version of the organizer. MyMedSafe allows users to manage individual and family health information in a secure and organized way. Emergency information can be accessed by healthcare providers if necessary in a crisis situation to ensure appropriate treatment. Complete health records may be reviewed only by those granted permission by the user. Users may record information including:
