Pros: This PHR claims to be free and offer connectivity with a user’s physician.

Cons: This site does not load correctly on IE, Firefox, or Chrome. Each has issues with the graphics and links on the site. The image below is from Internet Explorer 8. Every link either reopens the home page or goes to a loading page that never loads.

The Bottomline: This site has nothing to offer.

If this PHR actually did what it says, it would be free and offer secure storage for personal data. It would allow users connectivity with physicians, online access, the ability to print reports and wallet cards, and more.

Unfortunately, the site does not work on any browser tried during testing. Don’t waste any time on this one.
