PHR
The full function PHR is for collecting all medical information for users. Documents, scans, labs, x-rays, and more can be stored. This will allow users to access records from an internet connection from anywhere in the world. All data is secured with state of the art encryption.

FAX
MMR provides a FAX number and permission stickers so that the doctor can fax the records directly into the MMR account. Users may send and receive faxes directly from the computer.

16 File Folders/Secure Storage
Users can store information for up to 10 family members. Files may be uploaded directly from the computer. Wills, advanced directives, and passports can all be scanned into the MMR so they are visible online.

Education Tools
Information on prescriptions, treatments, health topics, calendar with reminders, and printable medical histories are all available.

Emergency
MMR can be accessed quickly in the event of an emergency.
