and storing medical information. Streaming videos explain how to get started,
sign up, and explains security and privacy as well as testimonials for the
PHR.
Cons: At present, BJC HealthCare’s myHealthFolders is only
available to employers who may then offer it to their employees. An Enrollment
Code is necessary to register for the application.
The Bottomline: myHealthFolders is only available through
an employer or healthcare provider. Visitors to the site may view a sample
PHR, but registration is not allowed without an Enrollment Code.

Information is organized into a folder system: My Family Members, My Information,
My Providers, and My Medical History. Each folder contains the information
indicated by its name. Folders may be added, edited, or deleted. Folders
may also be personalized by adding security questions and navigation options.

Emergency Information
A wallet card may be printed out for first responders in the case of a medical
emergency.

Reports
Health information, emergency, and medication reports may be generated and
printed out as necessary.
