Features
The My Pocket File iDoc Card
This application is for digitizing large amounts of medical records. Up
to 1000 documents may be added and are password protected. For the annual
fee, $99.95, the service will digitize and organize the files into categories
and place them on an iDoc Card that is password protected. The annual fee
includes 4 updates per year with no additional charge if there are changes
to the health information. After purchase, users may submit forms and documents
via fax or upload to secure site. My Pocket File then creates a credit card
sized CD with all of the important documents on it, in addition to an Emergency
Medical Form. The optional archival services save the users information
for one year on a secure server in case a new copy is needed.
The My Pocket File mDoc Card with PHR Management Service
This application consolidates medical information into a mobile, secure,
(128 bit encrypted) digital format. Information may be shared with healthcare
providers by emailing the secure file or sharing it by signing a permission
form to deliver the records to your doctor. After purchase, a user provides
My Pocket File with authorization to acquire records from physicians or
healthcare providers. Fees may apply for these copy requests. State laws
for accessing medical records may also apply. My Pocket File will gather
the information and create a custom mDoc card which will be shipped to the
user. It will be compatible with any computer. For $99.95, medical documents
are digitized, secured, and archived for one year. For $199.95, The mDoc
Family Plan includes up to 4 members per mDoc card. Service offers unlimited
updates.

Once received, the digital information will appear in organized formats.
The My Pocket File Emergency Medical Card
This is a card that contains information collected specifically to be of
assistance in emergency situations. The user submits the Personal Medical
questionnaire and that information is added to the Emergency Medical Card.
In addition to medical information, this service includes a digital living
will, organ donor information, power of attorney, and other important information.
This is a digital card that may be used by first responders to provide appropriate
medical care. It contains only the basic, necessary information that might
be needed in the event of an emergency.
