Pros: My Medical is an iPhone/iPod touch app for personal medical information. The $2.99 price tag is appealing and the app is newly adapted for the iPad for $2.99 as well.

Cons: The application is not available for other smartphones or Android devices.

Fully Functional: This app has everything necessary to utilize a portable medical record. Results graphing, diagnoses, medications, prescriptions with refill reminders, and more are all included in this reasonably priced application.
