My Doclopedia

Pros: My Doclopedia is a free online personal health record organization tool with several useful features. Sign up is fast and easy. Interface is fairly intuitive.

Cons: Some of the dropdown menus are difficult to use. Most selections are made through these menus and information entry is limited by the offered selections.

The Bottomline: This is a decent free online PHR. The main limitation is the structured responses required by the dropdown menus. Some of the suggested responses fill in and users must start over to get the correct med entered. Users should signup and explore the interface thoroughly before entering all information to make sure they are happy with the service.
