My Doclopedia
Pros: My Doclopedia is a free online personal health record
organization tool with several useful features. Sign up is fast and easy.
Interface is fairly intuitive.
Cons: Some of the dropdown menus are difficult to use.
Most selections are made through these menus and information entry is limited
by the offered selections.
The Bottomline: This is a decent free online PHR. The main
limitation is the structured responses required by the dropdown menus. Some
of the suggested responses fill in and users must start over to get the
correct med entered. Users should signup and explore the interface thoroughly
before entering all information to make sure they are happy with the service.

Summary:
My doclopedia is a free online
PHR with tools for recording medical history, medications, doctors, allergies,
family history, and more. The interface is fairly intuitive and uses dropdown
menus for populating the sections with information.

Features:
____________________________________________________________
Multiple Categories for Medical Recordkeeping
Users are able to enter medical history, past surgeries, medications, doctors,
allergies, family and social history, and insurance information. Unfortunately,
many responses are limited by the dropdown menus. For example, for allergies,
reactions can vary widely, but users are limited in choices. There is no
option to add personal details.

Request Doctor’s Appointments
This feature is currently only enabled for Arizona residents. All options
related to finding doctors or services are limited to that area at present.
HSA Tracker
The free health savings account tracker allows users to document all expenses
related to healthcare.
E-Medical History
An E-Medical history may be generated by Doclopedia from the provided information.
It may be viewed on a computer or printed.
Surgery Search/Purchase
This section offers links to epidural injections, knee arthroscopy, and
microdiscectomy. Links lead to an explanation of the surgery. Doclopedia
then finds a surgeon close to your address, and assists with making appointments
and testing. This is only available to Arizona residents.
