Molly’s Med Minder

Pros: Molly’s Med Minder is a personal health record organizer in a binder. It includes various forms for recording medical information, an appointment calendar, medication cards, business card holder, and tabs for customizing paperwork.

Cons: The $19.95 cost, plus shipping and handling, comes to a total of $27.45, a large sum for a tabbed binder. There is no accompanying online component for emergency access. All information is physically in the binder and not backed up. There is no indication of how many of each form is provided and there are no options to purchase additional pages.

The Bottomline: This is a useful tool for someone willing to carry a binder with them to medical appointments. Without online integration, this tool is very limited. It would actually be quite easy for an individual to create their own organizer with the same information for the cost of a few office supplies.
