Cons: No desktop program for Mac users. Not compatible with iPods.

The Bottomline: This is a good alternative to the USB portable PHR tools. It is less expensive and contains areas for recording detailed medical information. The only limitation is that it is not Mac or iPod compatible. There is a Palm OS software to use with Macs, but no desktop access.
