HealtheTracks
Pros: HealtheTracks family health care organization tool
offers an easy, efficient way to consolidate and keep track of your family’s
health records. The PHR app is suitable for every family member, be it your
2-year old tot or your septuagenarian great grandfather. Personalized folders
can be created for each family member; users have the options on what specialized
information to keep. The app can accommodate an unlimited number of user
files. Adding information to charts is quick and easy. Storage is secure
and can be password-protected. There’s a 15-day free trial.
Cons: Compared to other online health record apps, HealtheTrack
is costlier: the membership fee is $24.95 per year. User-friendly interface
is intuitive, but extensive range of information can be overwhelming.
The Bottomline: HealtheRecords is a comprehensive health
record keeping service designed to meet health-keeping needs of the entire
family. Some may find the number of available information confusing, so
it is best suited for users who want more than just basic health record
options. For people looking for a way to keep insurmountable specialized

personal health record app designed to put different health records of all
family members at one’s fingertips. Family members can access and edit information
via web browser. There’s no limit to the number of family members who can

places on the planet. The PHR includes many information pages, making it
overwhelming to some users.

Folders
Families can create a folder for each family member. Information stored
in the folders can be shared with each other. There’s no limit as to what
number of folders you can create. Within each folder, users can store anything
and everything, from basic personal information (e.g. name, address) to
specialized medical-related data (insurance, immunizations, insurer directories,
etc.).
Data and Record Management
HealtheTracks includes a wide range of data, allowing for detailed data
input. There are pages for dental records, eye health records, sports physicals,
lab test results, family history, and many more. Medications/prescriptions
tab allows users to record all vital information, including medication list,
uses of medicines, and dosage. If you have kids, there are also sections
for growth charts, check-ups, immunizations and allergies, and more.

Read-Only Password
This feature lets you share your health history with others as you deem
appropriate (e.g., medical staff during emergency care) without risking
loss or alteration of records. Read-only password enables other users to
view your files; they won’t be able to edit or add to the stored information.
You can also change the password anytime.
