Daily Health Trackers
The main purpose of HealtheHuman is the access to the large number of trackers
used to monitor a patient’s medical conditions. Instead of finding tracking
tools specific to their medical conditions, patients are able to access
a large array of monitoring features in one place. Health trackers include
exercise tracker, cholesterol monitor, mood tracker, skinfold tracking,
blood pressure monitor, glucose and ketone tracker. Medications and supplements
tracked in these menus are also added to a patient’s health record.
Comprehensive Health History
In the health history, the patient can record all of their doctors, nurses
and other providers involved in their healthcare. A log can be created to
create an online record of medications, hospitalizations, doctor’s visits,
dental visits, allergies, immunizations and surgeries. Results can be stored
and shared with medical providers and family members.
Lifestyle Recordkeeping
Instead of merely creating a medical history, a record can be created about
the patient’s lifestyle. In this section, job history, educational background,
extracurricular activities and incidences of volunteering can be listed.
An online schedule is also available for day to day use.
Online Storage
The patient’s membership level determines how long the application stores
medical data and health calendars. For free members, data is kept for a
maximum of 30 days. Paid members have an unlimited amount of storage for
the lifetime of their memberships.
Report Tracking
Reports can be generate that analyze the data entered into the different
health trackers. Free members have reports using data from the past 30 days
while paid members are able to generate reports from all past records. Data
is placed in easy to read charts which can be printed or emailed to medical
professionals.
Family Accounts
HealtheHuman has memberships that permit users to keep records and use trackers
for multiple family members. A total of 10 family members can use the same
account.
Document Storage
Premium members are given storage space within their online health record
to upload important documentation. Patients are able to save copies of lab
tests, surgeries and doctor’s notes in a password protected online environment.
Health Calendars
Patients may find it difficult to keep track of the many appointments and
significant health events in their lives. With the integrated health calendar
from HealtheHuman, a calendar can be created to remind of important upcoming
medical visits and other health-related events. A journal can also be created
in this section and linked to the health calendar automatically.
