Daily Health Trackers

The main purpose of HealtheHuman is the access to the large number of trackers used to monitor a patient’s medical conditions. Instead of finding tracking tools specific to their medical conditions, patients are able to access a large array of monitoring features in one place. Health trackers include exercise tracker, cholesterol monitor, mood tracker, skinfold tracking, blood pressure monitor, glucose and ketone tracker. Medications and supplements tracked in these menus are also added to a patient’s health record.

Comprehensive Health History
In the health history, the patient can record all of their doctors, nurses and other providers involved in their healthcare. A log can be created to create an online record of medications, hospitalizations, doctor’s visits, dental visits, allergies, immunizations and surgeries. Results can be stored and shared with medical providers and family members.

Instead of merely creating a medical history, a record can be created about the patient’s lifestyle. In this section, job history, educational background, extracurricular activities and incidences of volunteering can be listed. An online schedule is also available for day to day use.

Online Storage
The patient’s membership level determines how long the application stores medical data and health calendars. For free members, data is kept for a maximum of 30 days. Paid members have an unlimited amount of storage for the lifetime of their memberships.

Free members have reports using data from the past 30 days while paid members are able to generate reports from all past records. Data is placed in easy to read charts which can be printed or emailed to medical professionals.

HealtheHuman has memberships that permit users to keep records and use trackers for multiple family members. A total of 10 family members can use the same account.

Document Storage
