Profile
Within the profile, users record data into the following categories: generally, heart, vision, habits, allergies, children, providers, family history, diet & fitness, medications, immunizations, procedures, illnesses/diseases/injuries.

Expenses
This area generates a report of medical related expenses based on date and category.

Assessment
By using date entered by the user, the program calculates risks for diabetes and heart disease. Users may set up other types of goal progress as well. This ties in well with the Graphing section.

A summary of data can be created in PDF format to print or email.
