AccessID Card: Each member receives a card with information necessary for retrieving read-only medical records and legal documents from a member’s account. In addition, a keytag is provided with this information and a window sticker advising emergency services of AccessMyRecords participation.

ICE Program: ICE (In Case of Emergency) program allows a member’s AccessMyRecords data to be viewed on a cell phone. It contains photo ID, address, home telephone number, medical history, medication list, allergies, insurance information, emergency contact, doctor’s name, and any legal authorizations. This streamlined access can save time in an emergency situation.

Secure Records Storage: Information is stored in 128 bit SSL database. Those accessing files with member number will be able to view files designated by the member. The files are read-only and may only be altered with the use of a personal password which is kept by the member.

Easy Recordkeeping: Each area of the medical record is completed by filling in forms. There are handy areas for notes in most areas, which is lacking from some similar apps. Legal documents may be quickly and easily uploaded for storage.
